I am a licensed professional counselor with seven (plus) years of experience working with the general public and eight years of experience as a school counselor in public education. My experience ranges from young children (minimum 6 y/o) to adults (maximum 60 years old). I find it rewarding to work with adults living with symptoms of chronic or situational anxiety and / or depression. I have effectively treated clients dealing with feelings of anxiety, depression, life changes (transitions), grief and loss, victims of crime or abuse, relationship problems, trauma, anger management, and parenting issues.

My strongest traits are listening, giving supportive feedback, and empathy. My "go to" theoretical counseling approaches with clients include solution-focused counseling, mind-body medicine, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Seeking help and guidance for change is already progress towards a happier future. I am happy to work with you and look forward to the incredible growth we can make together.

I provide services to children, adolescents, and adults in a family or individual setting. The therapeutic approaches offered include elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief-Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Mental health is equally important as physical health. Let's work together so you feel empowered to face daily life challenges and stress by gaining the emotional intelligence and coping skills for a happier and more satisfying future.
